For some reason, nobody is talking about Titan Attacks from Puppy Games, the makers of Revenge of the Titans. And that’s just not right. It’s a beautiful blend of Galaga, Space Invaders and Asteroids. Throw in some Boss Battles, Upgrades and Achievements and you have quite the arcade shooter experience for only $4. You can’t beat that with a stick, bat or double edged katana.

I had my doubts, as i’m sure you all did about another sonic game. will it be awkward and boring and terribly derivative of all the other good sonics? well after i downloaded and played the demo today, i can say i was truly blown away. the sheer sense of reckless speed and abandon is back. the game looks lush and gorgeous and controls like a dream. is it still derivative? of course it is. the green hill zone gets yet another makeover, but i don’t mind so much this time because everything else feels right.
